Assured Care at Home was a proud participant for the 2nd year in the fight to end Alzheimer's.
Currently, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's and over 11 million family and friends provide their unpaid care. We need your help to end this devastating disease. Assured Care at Home was a sponsor for the 2026 Lake County Walk to end Alzheimer's. The event was well attended and we had beautiful weather. Our fundraising efforts this year really made a difference. Our goal was $4000.00 and we raised $4366.44. It was really meaningful to me that we achieved our goal and then some. This was my first year as part of the executive planning committee. I have committed to helping plan again for next year. Stay tuned for some upcoming fundraising events in early 2027. I cannot thank my team members enough for their help. I also wanted to share a special shout out to Desiree Vandyke for being our line dancing star and leading all of us want to be line dancers at our Line dancing Fundraiser, it was quite the success.
